Hi everyone, I’m torn between two used EV6 options and would love some advice. Both are the same colour and priced similarly.
Option 1: 2023 RWD Wind with the tech package and 5,000 miles. It’s in excellent condition.
Option 2: 2022 AWD GT-Line with 17,500 miles. It’s also in excellent condition.
The GT-Line seems more exciting to drive and has a head-up display, but the Wind is newer, has fewer miles, and better range.
Does anyone here with experience with these trims have thoughts?
Thanks! The sunroof doesn’t matter much to me. This will be my first electric car, though. Do motors tend to fail after 70,000 miles? I’m asking since the AWD version has a shorter warranty.

No, electric motors are super reliable. The only thing that might go out early is the 12V battery.

Electric cars usually last way longer than regular ones. That 70k failure rumour is nonsense.
I got a Wind, but I kind of regret not getting a GT-Line in a colour I liked. Go for the GT-Line if you can. AWD is nice, and the AWD models also have a heat pump, which is great in winter.

I really dislike the seats in the GT. Have you tried both?
GT-Line isn’t the same as the GT.
Thanks for pointing that out. After reading some comments, I started researching, but I couldn’t find any big differences between the GT-Line and Wind.
@Jamie
I’m in Canada, and we didn’t have the Wind trim available when I got mine. Still kind of bitter because I saw a gorgeous First Edition in green, and I wish I had that choice!

I saw a green one online too. It’s a great colour. The ones I’m looking at are yacht blue—not my favourite, but still nice.

I’m in Canada with my 22 Wind. The tech package wasn’t an option here, though.
