Is this lease offer worth considering? What do you think?

The sticker on mine was $97k. I am in a 2-year/15,000 mile lease and my payment is $1950. Could this be a typo?

This will sound apples to oranges but I got a $47k Kia EV lease with 10k miles at 280 per month, zero down. Obviously, the Taycan is so much nicer but it’s like 7x the cost?

Omg. What residual value did they give you? What was your down-payment and money factor?

2500 a year what a joke

Just say the word, ‘lease’. No good deals… ever

Back when you could stack dealership credits and promotions I remember getting a lease-to-own on a Buick for less all-in cost than just buying it… but something tells me those days aren’t coming back any time soon. Also, it was a Buick lol.

Disagree… I own most of my cars outright, but wanted a big daily driver for my miserable commute and got an EQS AMG. Honestly, it is awesome for what I use it for… with a lease, I could do the tax credit of 7500 and since they were selling like trash, the residual and money factors were ultra competitive. The values have been hammered on those, but I have zero sell back risk. Buying would have been very stupid.

@Larkin
I’m simply saying with a lease, it is the most expensive option. There is no more expensive way to drive a car. Period. I understand many folks lease for many reasons.

It’s a misprint. They updated the pricing.

I swear this dealership keeps doing this

My local dealership has a dozen 2024s. With everyone ordering 2025s (or 2021-22 CPOs), isn’t something going to have to give and blowout leases like $499/mo coming?

Is it just me that thinks the new headlights are ugly? The old one is better

These are the old headlights in the photo, but I also agree the old ones look better

Don’t want to go used? They’re half the price

Totally… ignoring the cost of the lease and miles here, this is not worth $130k. I just googled and saw a used 2024 same model same color for $93k lol. If you go for a 2023 or 2022 it would probably drop another 10k per year too.

@Lyle
Yup. That same car you saw for $93k will be closer to $85k end of the year. These things are all bad. Lease and release!

I know… it’s unfortunate because it looks like a really cool car to own but it seems like you have to enjoy setting money on fire to do so. But buying 2-3 years old seems a lot smarter than new.

@Lyle
I wouldn’t personally buy this car unless it was under $65k. And there’s plenty at that price rate for a couple years old. These things lose value so fast. They don’t have the battery range that they should. It’s a fun car, don’t get me wrong. My best friend has one and I’ve driven it far too many times to name. But it’s definitely not a keeper.
