Is Charging Too Frequently Bad for Battery Health?

Hello y’all

I’ve got a question that might seem a bit basic, but I’m curious. I drive an EV with a range of 300 miles per full charge. Typically, I only drive about 50 miles at a time.

I’m wondering if charging from, say, 250 miles back up to 300 every time I drive is bad for the battery health. Is it better to let the battery run down closer to 0 before charging, or does it make no difference? I’ve heard mixed things and want to make sure I’m not degrading the battery faster by charging too often.

Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks

Charging your device’s battery often isn’t necessarily bad, but it depends on how and when you do it
