What’s everyone’s take on this new look? Is it a step forward or just a gimmick?
Suv Coupe is the weirdest form factor. It takes a crossover and just reduces the cargo for pretty much no gain in efficiency or otherwise.
Carscoops seems to be right, this thing does look like the Chill-out Concept from 2021. Neat. A lot of people might miss the hatchback, but this looks like a decent winner to me, with a bit more appeal. I’m eager to see the final production form.

Except that if it’s a much larger footprint like a Crossover, that’s not something everyone wants, and it will increase the price.
the LEAF is the budget option for EVs. It’s supposed to stay that way. I fear this will push into the 35k region again when the LEAF was one of the few sub-30k vehicles.
All LEAF fans/owners wanted was CCS1/NACS compatibility and a liquid cooled battery… the whole platform didn’t need to be fattened up to be YAC.
