Did Fisker Really Hire A Spy From North Korea

So it seems like Fisker has found themselves in quite a pickle with this news about hiring someone from North Korea. What’s the story behind this and how did it happen

He probably hasn’t gotten paid by the company either

Wow, you could give North Korea all the proprietary info from Fisker. They still wouldn’t know what to do with it, just like Fisker itself

Funny and true

I have learned that Americans are incompetent. That is all

It would be hilarious if he was really working hard. North Korea is asking him “what have you discovered?” and he’s just like “I’m still figuring out how to make a car, talk later”

I think it’s the other way around. The spy is like “man, I could’ve made the car work but this guy Henrik keeps messing it up”

As reported by the Danish publication The Engineer, those people from North Korea were targeting Fisker as part of a money laundering scheme. The kicker? The U.S. Department of Justice says that Fisker’s cash used to pay this rogue employee was used to fund North Korea’s ballistic missile program. Wow

@Fallon
North Korea hackers scam about $1.7 billion per year from Americans, which helps pay for their nuclear program.

@Fallon
Crap, we lost like 25 dollars to North Korea

@Fallon
That’s nothing. Tesla hired a spy from Russia and made him their CEO

I pre-ordered an Ocean and bought their stock. No, I don’t have the car and the stock is worthless. I’m not the smartest person

At least you didn’t end up stuck with the car. I see one in my neighborhood and feel so bad for the lady who bought it

I’m in the same boat but I actually took delivery of the vehicle. I traded it in early March because I realized what I had gotten into. Lost money but not like I would have if I held onto it a few more weeks. At least I no longer have a Fisker in my garage. It was a beautiful car though

At least you didn’t take delivery. My neighbor was one of the first ones to get theirs

This isn’t the right company to be spying on

If this happened at Fisker, I bet it’s happening elsewhere too

This sounds like something from a Larry David sketch or maybe something from Arrested Development

Now Henrik has someone to blame, I guess

Can anything else go wrong at poor Fisker? This sounds like a comedy film from the 1960s
