Are there any electric or plug-in hybrid convertibles coming soon? I’m interested in something like an electric version of the Miata or a bigger convertible like a BMW or Audi with four seats. I know these kinds of cars don’t sell a lot, but could they make them using a shared chassis? Is it because they might be too heavy?

As of now, there are no electric convertibles readily available in the market. However, some exciting options are set to launch soon.
Be on the lookout so that you don’t miss the following:

And many more other luxury cars.

In need of luxury & space? Fisker Ronin (4-seater) is coming in 2025, similar to a BMW/Audi convertible.
Shared electric convertibles might be future tech to make them cheaper, but batteries are heavy and convertibles need strength. Exciting options are coming soon though!
