No, just the headlight! 
Had the same issue and had to replace the whole assembly myself. It cost $2k here in Canada. 
This is proof they don’t make parts as durable as they used to. That kind of damage from a bird shows the material is too fragile.
I’ve had several bird strikes on my car. It seems like they don’t notice it until it’s too late.

Ah, I see it now, but I think it’s a DTS. The vertical reflectors and fog lights give it away.
