I like the ID.7, but the £1500 commission the broker charges puts me off. Hoping the price drops soon.

My commission was only £250, and I doubt my lease payments will cover the depreciation, so it seems like a solid deal to me.

I wasn’t talking about the broker fee, though. If you got yours from Carparison, it’s a different issue.

What’s the cost of the lease and where did you get it from? All the EV leases I’ve seen are way too expensive.

I went through Carparison. They’ve also got the GTX available now.

How’s the infotainment system? VW got a lot of criticism for the ID.4’s setup—did they fix it for the ID.7?

The 2024 models are much better than the earlier ones. There are still a few bugs, but overall, it’s a decent improvement on my ID.4.

They’ve really sorted it out with the newer updates…
