Prices in Euros usually include taxes. All EU countries have VAT between 19% to 25%. So without the taxes, it should cost around €15,000.

At €20k, it’s cheaper than or about the same as a new ICE car like the Hyundai I10 here in Denmark. The pricing seems fair to me.
