Which country and how many miles?

I’m in Norway. This service is basically the 20,000-mile service. I’ll hit 30,000 km soon.
I didn’t pay anything for the service, just $40 for the tire rotation.
What do they actually do during the service?

According to the manual, the 30,000 km service includes:
- Inspection, adjustment, and/or cleaning of 8 things
- Air filter change
- Brake fluid change
These are the European recommendations. It looks like US recommendations differ a bit.
@Denny
That’s quite a bit for those services. Changing the air filter is an easy DIY job. Check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tqXJ5KXFoY.
My 8k and 16k services were both free. They just did an inspection and rotated the tires.
My first service at 8,000 miles cost me $50. Just for a tire rotation and inspection. The 16,000-mile service was another $50. They wanted to charge $90 for changing the cabin air filter, but I declined since that’s an easy DIY.
$650 sounds ridiculous. Check your manual to see what’s supposed to be done, though I doubt the maintenance schedule is very different from the US.
I paid $99 for my 8,000-mile service. They were going to give it to me for free until I mentioned that I wasn’t the first owner and didn’t buy the car from them.
Thinking about getting the tires rotated elsewhere for my 16k service.
Both my 8k and 16k services were free.
I paid AU$129 for the 9k service.
They probably just refilled your blinker fluid.
