That only works with US connectors.
After entering the car and reducing the charging limit, I left the car open, but the connector was still locked. I didn’t hear the unlocking noise when I pushed the unlock button. Maybe the software was a bit confused today.
The best option is to use a charger that allows you to control it through an app or API integration.
It all depends on your car’s lock settings. What are your charging lock settings? I can stop charging from my home charger through the app or use the Kia Access app, and it will automatically unlock once the current stops. If the app isn’t working, and your car’s settings don’t stop charging through the touch screen, you might need to try another method.
