I am just wondering if everyone has the same issue as I do here. The app today is taking forever to log in and once I log in it doesn’t update and get stuck

I have been experiencing the same problem here since yesterday. The app cannot even allow me to register my car, it gets stuck on infinite loading after clicking “accept” on the terms and conditions.

I have not used the app for the past two days. After reading the distress message here, I had to check it and sadly I have the same problem too.

I am disappointed too because I cant get into mine but surprisingly. my friend can be able to access his. I am wondering too what is going on with the app.

From my side, I am able to log in but the problem is that I can not be able to send commands. That sucks though the guys need to do something

I actually used it in the morning and it has some troubles here and there though it was logging in and since I have not tried it again.

On my end it is logging in though it is lagging so much hence I can’t use it smoothily.

The app just told me clearly that it had unlocked my car but sadly when I went there the car wasn’t unlocked. I am really disappointed man with the app.

My app kept telling me that there was a network error yesterday while charging but has connected okay this morning. No other apps had a problem. So goes our electronic world. Enjoy it for now, until a cyber war ends this stage of human endeavor.

Since there are numerous reports about the app not working, let me solve the issue this way, make sure that you don’t have an infotainment update waiting to be installed. I had an issue with my app not working at all and giving the same errors as you all but then got in my car to find that it was waiting for me to tell it to install my OTA update.
