Got a GT for just $390 a month, anyone else got a deal like this?

Just scored a 36-month lease for $390 a month. The total cost over the lease comes out to $14k, and the residual value at the end is $32,000. Feeling pretty good about it.

That’s wild! I’m paying double that, but I got mine when they first came out.

My company got me into a 5-year lease at €1300 a month when I transferred in. My previous employer was only paying €600, but they insisted on using their contract leasing company.

How do you like it so far? I’m thinking about getting one myself.

I absolutely love it! I’ve had twin-turbo V8s in the past, and although I miss the sound, this thing is so much fun to drive.

@Ziv
That’s great to hear, I’m looking for a new car in the spring. Would you recommend it?

Thanks! I really love how they look too.

How many miles a year, and how much did you put down?

Exactly, the down payment is the key number missing here. You can lower a lease payment by paying more upfront. If the person got this with zero down, that’s a fantastic deal.

Zero down!

Wow, that’s amazing! So, no taxes or fees upfront? You rolled them into the monthly payment?

Yeah, taxes and fees are all included in the monthly payment. Didn’t pay anything out of pocket.

That’s an incredible deal! I’m guessing most of it came from Kia Finance lease incentives and possibly state tax credits.

You might want to delete that, you’re sharing too much personal info. But seriously, great deal!

@Jai
In Colorado, you get some amazing deals with state incentives. It’s all about the details though.

I always wonder how much of the Kia Finance lease cash is tied to state incentives. Initially, it was just the $7500 federal tax credit, but now the offers seem a lot higher.

10k miles per year, 36 months, zero down payment.

Guess we’ll never know the rest of the details…
