Did you get the cold weather package? Shouldn’t be an issue either way.

Yep, it came with the cold weather package.

You shouldn’t notice much range reduction, as long as you’re not spinning the tires. I have the same model.

I love my car. I’ve had it for almost 3 years with zero problems. The paddle shifters are great for controlling regen braking. I use regen 75% of the time, and barely use my brakes. I also get good miles per kilowatt – about 4.5 - 4.9 miles per kilowatt in my semi-rural area. It’s lower when I drive over 70mph on the highway.

@Jem
Unless you’re braking hard, the brakes regenerate. A common misconception is that one-pedal driving is the most efficient. Coasting without regen is actually better than slowing down with regen, because you’ll use less battery in the end.

@Nathan
For example, going down a hill and up the other side: coasting will save battery because you can use that energy to get back up. Slowing down with regen would waste extra battery. So, coast when you can, and brake gently.
