My 17 Ioniq has 100,000 km on its original 12v battery. I don’t expect it to last much longer, though.
I’d just replace it if I were you, or carry a battery jumper pack.

Do you monitor it? My 2019 model (bought late 2018) is fine for now, but we’re both past the average life.
