So did you get a chance to check the car yet? If it’s in a spot with no cell service, that can mess with the app’s readings. Gas cars have the same issue with app connectivity.

Where are you seeing 0% exactly? If the doors won’t open, how are you checking the range? Also, the message about the charger being ‘out of range’ usually comes from the app, not the charger itself. It sounds like your 12v battery might be dead. That small battery powers systems like the locks and the cell modem when the car is off, so if it’s dead, you can’t turn the car on or access the big battery. What year is your car, and have you had the ICCU recall done?
Try jump-starting it if you can. If it powers up, go straight to a shop and get a new 12v battery.
