Congrats!! Enjoy it .
Looks pretty cool but 70k is a bit steep for me. I plan to wait and see how the r2 looks before I consider trading in my Ioniq 5

Realistically nobody is paying that. Maybe some early adopters like this guy but they’ll drop big with incentives I bet.
@Owen
You’re right about not paying sticker price. After dealer discount, a $3k rebate, and immediate $7,500 off the lease, I paid closer to $56k.

A lease? Phew

I feel like for that kind of money, a prospective buyer would be more likely to get a Q6/Q8 e-tron for $70-75k for the comfort factor, or get an Ioniq 5N for <70k if they want fun and speed. The Out of Spec review plus Stellantis’ general history of reliability is certainly worth considering.
@Zane
Not everyone has an Audi or Volvo dealer in town, but there are a ton of Jeep dealers. Plus some people still believe in the brand.
Myself, I wouldn’t buy a Stellantis anything, let alone something as cutting edge as an EV. But at least it’s one less gas car on the road.
Sofyan from Redline Reviews absolutely roasted all 4 tires on a launch lmao that thing fucking moves

It doesn’t really move. It’s poorly calibrated and undertired.
No, I do not have my eye on a $70k+ electric vehicle produced by Stellantis.

$70k is a big chunk, tho it’s about the cheapest Wagoneer I think Jeep makes, EV or ICE. Yes, sticker is $72k but after dealer discount, a $3k rebate for lord knows what, and immediate application of the $7,500 EV incentive baked into the lease, I’m paying closer to $56k. Is that reasonable for a high end EV?
@Avery
No. That’s where the price should start before incentives and possible tax credits.

Literally OP did
I haven’t heard much good about it, but I hope that you enjoy it and it treats you well.
I was seriously considering this when I got my Lyriq but it wasn’t available yet so I couldn’t. In hindsight I’m glad I got the Lyriq if for no other reason than the google maps built in route planning compared to what’s in the Jeep.
@Tallis
I seriously considered the Lyriq as well. Solid rig. I’m new to EV ownership so learning about public charging, road trips, superchargers, 3rd party apps, etc will be a learning curve. Reddit has plenty of discussions to help me out
@Tallis
100 times, this. The software scares the $hit out of me
Good luck with Stellantis build quality
